Julia sharpened her tactical toolkit as a Strategy and Operations Consultant at Deloitte, solving complex organizational friction for large-scale enterprise clients. Transitioning to the front lines of technology, she became the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of QOC Health, where she successfully built repeatable commercial workflows and aligned product delivery with financial runways, steering the company to a successful acquisition.

Julia re-entered financial services to deepen her skillset complex corporate governance and venture ecosystems. She spent four years at OMERS, serving as Chief of Staff for OMERS Ventures, Cofounder of their Innovation Platform, and Vice President of Pension Data & Operations. Across these roles, she quarterbacked massive digital transformation initiatives and scaled global fund operations across Silicon Valley and Europe. Driven by a mission to directly resolve these structural bottlenecks for growing ventures, she later founded Tousi Studios Inc. which grew into Tousi.co an organization that lets her reconnect with her deep reverence for family offices, philanthropy, artistic expression and the natural world.
